$15/hr base — plus up to 10% commission on everything sold on your stream. A busy Friday night = a full mortgage payment. This isn't a side hustle. It's a real check.
SR streams 7 days a week. Claim the slots that work for your life — but once you claim a slot, you're locked in for the full 5 hours. Reliability is the job. As a 1099 contractor you keep everything you earn — no tax withholding, you file at year-end.

Your base is $15/hr — guaranteed, always, regardless of stream. Commission stacks on top: 5% at Rookie, 7% at Vet, 10% at Hall of Famer. On a real Sports Repack stream, that math lands you in the $30–50/hr range for most shifts. A slow weekday block might sit closer to $20–25/hr. A hot Friday night at Hall of Famer commission can clear $75+/hr. You'll see the exact calculation on every stream report.
Show up at the Tampa studio (near Busch Gardens) ~30 min before your slot. Gear is set. You review the drops for the night with the team. Go live. Rip packs, run auctions, banter with chat, hype the room. Bathroom breaks whenever. Snacks and drinks on us. Cut when the block ends. That's it.
No. Everything you need is in the studio — professional cameras, lighting, capture setup, computer, card display, mic. You bring yourself.
1099 means you're an independent contractor, not a W-2 employee. Upside: total flexibility, no tax withholding (you keep every dollar until April), you can work for other places too. Downside: no health insurance, no PTO, no 401k, and you owe self-employment tax when you file. If that's a dealbreaker, this isn't the right role. If you want max flexibility and full control of your income, it's perfect.
Standard third-party check — criminal history and identity verification. Minor stuff from years ago is usually fine. We'll be honest about what's a dealbreaker upfront. You don't pay for it — SR covers it.
Yes. Hobby knowledge is required. You don't need to know every Panini SKU by memory, but you should know rookie years, brands, parallels, what makes a card valuable, and be able to hold a real conversation about the hobby on camera. We teach the SR playbook. We don't teach the hobby.
Not yet. All shifts are in the Tampa studio. Remote streaming is on the roadmap for Hall of Famer tier once we prove out the setup — but v1 is in-person only.
Tiers are 100% based on total lifetime sales driven on your streams — not time served. Rookie is $0–$100k. Veteran kicks in at $100k with a bump at $350k. Hall of Famer unlocks at $750k+. All three are hittable inside year one for someone who claims slots consistently and brings the energy. Nobody's holding you back but you.
