By using sportsrepack.com, buying a pack, or showing up in our chat, you agree to a few common-sense rules. Nothing tricky. Nothing buried. Read it once and we're good.

01.Who runs Sports Repack

Sports Repack is owned and operated by Sanim "Sam" Matin, based in Tampa, Florida. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Sports Repack. References to "you" mean anyone using the site, buying from us, or interacting with us across any platform.

02.What we sell

• Hand-built sports card mystery repacks (The Classic, Chasing Heat, BALLERS, and limited drops).
• Branded merchandise (tees, stickers, bundles).
• The Million-Dollar Hobby book.
• The Starter Kit (when available).
• We also do live breaks and live singles via Whatnot.

03.What a mystery repack is (and isn't)

It's mystery for a reason. Every Sports Repack pack contains a curated mix of real, authentic sports cards. The exact contents are intentionally not disclosed before purchase. That's the entire premise of the product. Buying a repack means you accept the mystery.

• Every pack is hand-built and inspected by Sam in Tampa.
• Cards are real. Packs are never resealed factory product.
• The "hit list" describes the range of cards that could appear, not what will appear in a given pack.
• We make no representation that any specific player, card, year, parallel, grade, or value will be in any specific pack.

04.Eligibility + age

You must be at least 18 to buy from us directly. If you're between 13 and 17, you can buy with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision. If you're under 13, you can't make purchases or submit forms. Parents/guardians are welcome to.

05.Ordering, pricing, payment

• Prices are listed on each product page in USD. We may update prices at any time.
• Payment is collected at checkout by our payment processor (Whatnot, Stripe, or whichever platform is hosting the purchase). We don't store your full card number.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — bad actors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, etc. If we cancel an order, you get a full refund.
• Sales tax is collected where required by law.

06.Shipping

• We ship from Tampa, FL via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier varies by package).
• Most orders ship within 24 hours of payment clearing.
• You get a tracking number by email.
• Once we hand a package off to a carrier, the carrier owns the delivery. If it's lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll help you file a claim. We don't guarantee carrier performance — they're a third party.

07.Refunds + returns

See the full Refund Policy for the details. Quick summary:

• Repacks + cards: no refunds. All sales final. Mystery means mystery.
• The book: 30-day refund with a real, written reason. "Changed my mind" isn't a reason — actual feedback is.
• Damaged in transit: contact us with photos within 5 days of delivery. We'll make it right.
• Merch: exchanges only, within 14 days, unworn and unwashed.

08.Live shows + Whatnot

When you participate in a live show on Whatnot, you're also bound by Whatnot's terms of service. Bids placed on Whatnot are binding through the Whatnot platform. We don't process refunds for Whatnot transactions — that's Whatnot's lane.

09.The community

Sports Repack is a family. The family takes care of the family. To stay in good standing:

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing — in our chat, our DMs, our Whatnot rooms, or anywhere our name appears.
• No selling fakes, no shilling, no chargeback abuse.
• No impersonating us. Our handle is @sportsrepack everywhere. If someone else is using it, tell us.
• We can ban, mute, or block anyone who breaks these rules. No appeal, no debate.

10.Intellectual property

The Sports Repack name, logo, packaging design, content, copy, and brand assets are ours. You can't reproduce, copy, or repurpose them without written permission. Player names and team trademarks belong to their respective rights-holders — we're a third-party reseller, not affiliated with any league, team, or player.

11.User-submitted content

When you submit a pull photo, wishlist entry, testimonial, or any content to us, you grant Sports Repack the right to use that content (with attribution) on our website, social media, and marketing. You retain ownership; you're just giving us permission to share. If you want something taken down later, email us and we'll do it within 7 days.

12.Disclaimers + limitation of liability

The website and products are provided "as is." We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We don't guarantee any specific outcome from reading the book, watching the shows, or buying the products. Cards are entertainment first, investment second — investment value can go up or down.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific purchase. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in Hillsborough County, FL. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.

14.Changes

We can update these terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for 30 days. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
