Refund Policy.
We're going to be honest about this up front: most of what we sell isn't refundable. Mystery packs are a gamble — that's the whole product. But where a refund makes sense, we honor it. And if a shipping carrier breaks something on the way to you, we make it right. Always.

01.Packs + cards: no refunds
This is the rule that most matters, so we want to be 100% upfront:
- The Classic, Chasing Heat, BALLERS, and any limited drop: all sales final.
- Live break spots, live singles, Whatnot auctions: all sales final.
- Individual cards we sell directly: all sales final.
- The Starter Kit: all sales final once shipped.
Mystery packs are entertainment products. The value is the rip, the chase, and the moment — not a specific card. If we allowed refunds, anyone could buy a pack, peek at what's inside, and return the ones that didn't hit. That kills the entire model. Every collector who's ever bought a pack at a store, a hobby box at Target, or a break on Whatnot agrees to the same rule: the pack is the product. The cards inside are what you get.
We don't hide this. We don't bury it. We tell you up front so you know exactly what you're buying.
02.The book: refundable with a real reason
The Million-Dollar Hobby has a 30-day refund window — but only with actual feedback. Here's how it works:
- Within 30 days of your purchase date, email support@sportsrepack.com with the subject line "Book Refund Request."
- Include a real written reason — minimum two sentences. Tell us what didn't work for you. What chapter felt thin? What advice felt off? What did you wish was there that wasn't? We use this to make the book better.
- If your reason is genuine, your refund is approved within 24 hours and the $20 hits your card in 3–5 business days.

• "I didn't read it yet"
• "I forgot I bought it"
• One-word complaints with no specifics
What does count:
• "Chapter 7 didn't apply to my niche and felt like filler"
• "I was hoping for more on inventory math and it wasn't there"
• "The tone was too informal for what I was looking for"
Any honest critique earns the refund. We'd rather have your feedback than your $20.
03.Damaged in transit: we always make it right
If your package arrives crushed, soaked, opened, or otherwise destroyed by the carrier — that's on us to resolve. Here's the protocol:
- Take photos of the package and the damaged contents before opening further or unpacking.
- Email support@sportsrepack.com within 5 days of delivery with the photos, your order number, and a brief description.
- We'll respond within 24 hours with one of three options: replacement, store credit, or refund — your choice.
- If the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) is at fault, we file the claim on your behalf and absorb the time/hassle.
04.Merch + apparel: exchanges only
Tees, hoodies, hats, and bundles:
- 14-day exchange window from delivery.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags.
- Wrong size? We swap it. Just email us first — don't ship anything back until we confirm.
- Buyer covers return shipping; we cover replacement shipping.
- Custom or printed-on-demand items are not exchangeable unless defective.
05.Order cancellations
- You can cancel an order for a full refund before it ships. Once we hand it to the carrier, it's locked in.
- Email support@sportsrepack.com ASAP with your order number.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order ourselves — pricing errors, suspected fraud, sold-out inventory, etc. Full refund within 48 hours if we do.
06.Charity donations
Donations to Pack-It-Forward (one-time, sponsorship, or monthly) are not refundable — they go directly to children's hospitals, youth sports programs, and the kids we sponsor. If you've donated in error (wrong amount, double-charge), email us within 7 days and we'll review.
07.Whatnot purchases
Anything you bought through our Whatnot live shows is governed by Whatnot's own refund and dispute policy. Whatnot processes those transactions; we don't have the ability to refund through their platform. Contact Whatnot support first; we'll back you up if needed.
08.How long refunds take
- Approved within: 24 hours of your email (we read fast).
- Money back on your card: 3–5 business days (depends on your bank).
- Store credit / replacement: issued or shipped same day.
09.Chargebacks
Before you dispute a charge with your bank, email us first. 99% of the time we'll resolve it faster than a chargeback would. Unjustified chargebacks (i.e., disputes filed when the product was delivered as described) will result in being permanently blocked from buying again, and we will provide all documentation to your bank to contest the dispute.
